Position: Success Management Specialist

As a Success Management Specialist at Kymatio®, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our clients’ satisfaction and helping them achieve their desired outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the successful implementation and utilization of our products or services. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance, troubleshooting issues, and advocating for the client within our organization. Your ultimate goal will be to drive client success, retention, and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their primary point of contact for all matters related to our products or services.
  • Onboarding and Training: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive understanding of our offerings. Provide training sessions and educational resources to empower clients to effectively utilize our products or services.
  • Strategic Consulting: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business objectives and challenges. Provide strategic guidance and best practices to help them achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients, serving as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track client satisfaction, usage patterns, and overall success metrics. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Renewals and Upsells: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for renewals, expansions, and upsells within existing client accounts. Proactively engage with clients to communicate the value proposition and drive additional business growth.
  • Feedback Collection: Solicit feedback from clients on their experience with our products or services, gathering insights to inform product development and enhancement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or consulting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with CRM software and other relevant tools for client management and analysis.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry.
